30 lbs. Easy-Down® Flipper Door Slide®. The Easy-Down® is a hydraulic damping system that slows the speed at which overhead doors close. The device is self contained on the Flipper Door Slide® assembly and does not alter the conventional movement of opening and recessing the door over the top of the cabinet. Internal mounting allows cabinets to be positioned side by side. Only one pair needed for doors up to 4 feet wide. Applications include: wood binder storage cabinets in open office systems, medical office storage cabinets and other cabinets with doors rotating upward and retracting over the top where a slow close feature is required.
