Fully assembled and provides complete access to cabinet interior. Sliding base assembly is 1/2" thick laminated melamine mounted on epoxy-coated roller slides. Removable, heavy gauge wire partitions section off storage areas. Entire carriage may be removed for cleaning. Comes with mounting hardware and installation instructions.Note: Add 3/4" to width requirement for frameless cabinets
