The owners of Cabinet Maker’s Supply have been in the cabinet hardware supply business for many years. You can be assured that our knowledge and expertise will help you complete your projects professionally and expertly.  Our deep inventory of over 15,000 of the industry’s finest products is stocked in our own distribution center, enabling us to ship your order on the day it is received. By shipping from our own inventory we can offer goods at a lower cost than other online firms who ship directly from the manufacturer.  This means you pay less, and get your product sooner.

Order Fulfillment

At Cabinet Maker’s Supply, we sell and ship to the USA only.  Since we pick and ship from our own inventories, we expect to ship your order on the very same day you place it.  This means you can expect to receive your order in as little as 1 – 4 days – a much quicker delivery than our competitors who ship from their suppliers.  We are pleased to pass our lower product costs on to you - saving you time and money!

Order Status

Your order will be subject to one of the following status conditions. Should the status of your order change, you will receive an email alerting you to the change. Additional information or a request for information will be sent as necessary.

  • New – As soon as you fully enter your order and check out, your order status will automatically be shown as ‘new’.
  • On Backorder –If we don’t have what you wanted in stock you will be advised via email of your order’s backorder status.  The email will alert you to approximately how long it will take to receive the backordered item(s).  We will also suggest alternative products that would work for your application. You will be given three options: 1) wait for the product you originally wanted, 2) choose something else, or 3) cancel the order for the item.
  • Done -  Your order has shipped
  • Bad / Denied – Your credit card was not approved after two attempts
  • Refunded – Your order will show this status when we have received a returned product and have applied the credit to the card you used for the initial purchase.
  • Cancelled – When your order is cancelled prior to shipment.

California residents & businesses will have 8.75% added to the order.

Lead Times

Since we stock all of our catalogued products in our 40,000 square foot distribution center, you can expect us to ship your orders complete, and on the same day you order them. 

This means they will physically leave our distribution center on the same day you order them.  Wait until you see how fast this is compared to other online companies.

Backorders

Any deviations will be communicated to you by email shortly after you send us your order.  You will receive an email from us with specific information about any backordered item within one hour of placing your order.  The email will provide information and options for you to consider such as what the lead time will be on the backordered item, possible substitutions or the option to cancel the item on order.  Our backorder guarantee states that if we don’t email you with backorder information within the hour of receiving your order, there will be no shipping charges on your order. Backorders will be shipped by UPS Ground.  Any other shipping methods will incur charges.

Shipping

We ship all orders from our Los Angeles distribution center.  To the east coast, the lead time is four days.  The shipping costs shown below are to the continental United States and apply to UPS Ground shipment only.

For any UPS shipping options other than ground shipments, or for FedEx shipping or to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please complete your online order and checkout using the default shipping charge identified below.

Before we ship your order, we will email or call you with the revised shipping costs.  You will be given the choice to proceed with your order or not.  Orders shipped other than UPS Ground, will not be shipped until you have approved the shipping costs.

Heavy and oversized products will incur additional shipping charges.  As with non UPS Ground orders, you will be contacted with the additional charge amounts by email or phone before we ship your order.  We will not ship these orders without first receiving your approval.

Product Returns

We want you as a customer for life!  We always want you to know that we care about you and appreciate your business.  So, we will allow you to return any product you bought from us within 90 days of the date you placed your order.  No questions asked and without any restocking charges

We won’t penalize you if you bought something that doesn’t work for you, or you bought too many.

We will refund the cost of the products returned in the same manner that you initially paid for them.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any of the shipping charges, unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong product or quantity.

So download our Hassle Free Return Form and follow the simple instructions.  We need you to contact us by email at info@cabinetmakerssupply.com to get an RGA number before you send anything to us.  The rest will be easy and hassle free.

You can send it to us any way you like because you will pay for the shipping costs back to us, unless of course it was our mistake.  If this happens, we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the material.
